One full day is set aside for the trip most people come for — a speedboat run out to the Phi Phi Islands, with their limestone cliffs, turquoise coves and Maya Bay's white sand. A slower day covers Phuket's own sights: the 45-metre Big Buddha on its hilltop, the historic Sino-Portuguese streets of Old Phuket Town, and a sunset viewpoint to close things out.

You're met at Phuket International Airport and transferred to your beachfront or near-beach hotel. Settle in and let the first day be a slow one — a walk along Patong Beach as the light turns gold, and dinner at one of the beachfront seafood restaurants, is the easiest possible start.
A full day with nothing on the schedule but sand and sea. Swim, sunbathe, or book an optional water-sports session through your hotel — jet ski, parasail or banana boat are all available along the beach. As the sun drops, Bangla Road comes alive with its night market, street food stalls and open-air bars.

Before you go
Best time to visit
Phuket's dry season runs roughly November to April, with calmer seas that suit island excursions best. The wetter southwest monsoon (May–October) still has plenty of sun, but boat trips are more weather-dependent — we'll advise on timing for your dates.
Currency
The Thai Baht (THB). Cards are widely accepted in Patong's hotels, malls and larger restaurants; carry cash for beach vendors, markets, tuk-tuks and small stalls.
Sea and sun safety
Patong's surf can pick up outside the calm season — swim between the flags and follow lifeguard advice. Reef-safe sunscreen, a hat and plenty of water are worth packing for both beach days and the island excursion.
Getting around
Grab (ride-hailing) and metered taxis are the easiest way to move between Patong, Phuket Town and viewpoints; tuk-tuks are fine for short hops but agree the fare first. Your listed transfers and excursion are arranged for you.
What to pack
Light, breathable clothing, swimwear, a rash guard or cover-up for the boat day, good sandals, sun protection and a dry bag for phones and cameras. Modest cover-ups are handy for temple visits.

Yes — that's a starting price, per person, for the 5-day itinerary based on twin-share accommodation. It covers your hotel, daily breakfast, airport and listed transfers, the Phi Phi Islands excursion, the sightseeing in the itinerary, selected entrance fees and local assistance. The final figure depends on your travel dates, hotel choice, group size and whether you'd like it private, so we confirm an exact quote when you enquire.
Will we definitely land at Maya Bay?
We build the route around Maya Bay and the surrounding Phi Phi coves, but access to the bay itself is managed by Thailand's national park authority, with visitor caps and seasonal closures that can change. Your operator will confirm the exact stops for your date, and the day is genuinely worthwhile even if the route is adjusted.
What if I get seasick on the boat?
The Andaman Sea is generally calm in the November–April dry season, but if you're prone to motion sickness, pack your usual remedy and consider a seat near the boat's centre. Let us know when you enquire and we can flag it to the excursion operator.
Are international flights included?
No — international flights aren't included unless we've specifically stated so in your quote. Phuket has its own international airport with direct connections from many hubs; we can advise on convenient routings and arrange your airport transfers to match your flights.
