Singapore Wellness & Leisure Retreat
Five unhurried days in Singapore — beach time on Sentosa, a slow morning in a UNESCO World Heritage garden, a spa treatment to unwind, and the glow of Marina Bay by night — with your hotel, transfers and sightseeing arranged so the only thing you have to plan is which lounger to take.
A slower kind of Singapore
Singapore is usually sold as a stopover — a night or two between flights, a checklist of skyline photos. This itinerary does the opposite. It's built for travellers who want the beach, the greenery and the wellness properly, not squeezed between transfers, and it uses a single easy-to-navigate city to deliver all three within a five-day frame.
You'll spend a full day unwinding on Sentosa's beaches and resort grounds, a morning in the calm of the Singapore Botanic Gardens — Asia's first UNESCO World Heritage garden — with time booked in for a spa treatment, and an evening among the illuminated Supertrees and glass conservatories of Gardens by the Bay before Marina Bay's skyline takes over after dark. Nothing here is rushed; the pace is the point.
Airport transfers, centrally located accommodation, daily breakfast and guided sightseeing are arranged for you. Want a specific spa property, a longer beach stint, or a Michelin-starred dinner added in? Every element here can be tailored — this itinerary is the starting point, not the ceiling.
What you'll actually do
A full day on Sentosa
Nearly 3.2 km of beach across Siloso, Palawan and Tanjong, reached by cable car or a short causeway crossing. Spend it beach-side, at the resort pool, or walking the boardwalk — this is a leisure day, not a checklist of attractions.
A UNESCO garden, at a walking pace
The Singapore Botanic Gardens became Asia's first UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2015 — the only tropical garden on the list. Wander the National Orchid Garden's 1,000-plus species before your afternoon slows down further with a spa treatment.
A spa treatment built into the itinerary
One wellness treatment is included as part of this package — not an add-on you have to arrange yourself. Tell us your preference (massage, facial, water therapy) when you enquire and we'll match it to a property near your hotel.
Marina Bay and Gardens by the Bay after dark
The Supertree Grove lit up at night, the glass domes of the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest, and the Marina Bay skyline across the water — followed by premium dining in one of the city's riverside or bayfront districts.
Your 5-day itinerary
One clear focus per day — beach, garden, wellness, bay — with breakfast daily and all listed transfers included.
You're met at Changi Airport and transferred to your centrally located hotel. Settle in, then take your first evening easy — a walk along the Marina Bay waterfront as the skyline lights up is the gentlest possible introduction to the city, with dinner nearby whenever you're ready.
A morning transfer to Sentosa, Singapore's resort island, for a full day at your own pace. Stretch out on Palawan or Siloso Beach, take the cable car across for the views, or simply enjoy the resort grounds. This day has no fixed sightseeing schedule — it's built to be unhurried.
A guided morning at the Singapore Botanic Gardens — Asia's first UNESCO World Heritage Site — taking in the National Orchid Garden and the Gardens' pocket of untouched primary rainforest. In the afternoon, your included spa treatment: a chance to properly switch off before the city picks back up.
An afternoon at Gardens by the Bay — the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest conservatories, then the Supertree Grove as it lights up towards evening. From there it's a short walk to Marina Bay's SkyPark Observation Deck for skyline views, before premium dining at a riverside or bayfront restaurant to close out the trip.
A final breakfast and, depending on your flight, a relaxed morning for last-minute shopping on Orchard Road or a quiet coffee by the river. You're then transferred to the airport for your onward journey — or, if you'd like to extend, we can add nights, upgrade to a Marina Bay Sands stay, or link this trip to a wider Southeast Asia itinerary.
Indicative itinerary. The exact order of activities, sightseeing and transfer times is confirmed at the time of booking and may adapt to flight schedules, spa availability, weather and local conditions.

Before you go
Best time to visit
Singapore is warm and humid year-round, close to the equator. There's no true dry season, though shorter afternoon showers are more common from November to January — a beach and garden itinerary works comfortably in any month.
Currency
The Singapore Dollar (SGD). Cards and contactless payment are accepted almost everywhere, including hawker centres, though a little cash is handy for smaller stalls and markets.
Getting around
Singapore's MRT train network is fast, air-conditioned and reaches most of what's in this itinerary directly, including Sentosa and the Gardens by the Bay area — a useful backup on days without a scheduled transfer.
The spa treatment
Your included spa treatment is booked once we know your dates and preference — massage, facial or water therapy — matched to a reputable spa near your hotel. Confirm any allergies or preferences with us in advance.
What to pack
Light, breathable clothing, swimwear, sun protection and a light rain layer. Air conditioning indoors is strong, so a layer for restaurants and malls is worth having.
Visas & documents
Entry requirements depend on your passport. Many nationalities enter Singapore visa-free for short stays, but please check based on your nationality before you travel — we're happy to point you to the right source.
Singapore, from beach to bay
Good to have answered
Is the US$1,199 price per person? What does it cover?
Yes — that's a starting price, per person, for the 5-day itinerary based on twin-share accommodation. It covers your hotel, daily breakfast, airport and listed transfers, the sightseeing in the itinerary, selected entrance fees and one included spa treatment. The final figure depends on your travel dates, hotel choice, group size and whether you'd like it private, so we confirm an exact quote when you enquire.
Can I choose which spa treatment I get?
Yes — tell us your preference (massage, facial, water therapy) and any allergies or sensitivities when you enquire, and we'll match it to a reputable spa near your hotel and confirm the details ahead of your trip.
Does this package include access to the Marina Bay Sands infinity pool?
Not by default — the SkyPark infinity pool is reserved for guests actually staying at the Marina Bay Sands hotel. This itinerary instead includes the public SkyPark Observation Deck for the skyline views. If you'd like to upgrade your stay to Marina Bay Sands itself for pool access, let us know and we'll price that in.
Are international flights included?
No — international flights aren't included unless we've specifically stated so in your quote. Singapore's Changi Airport is one of the best-connected hubs in the region; we can advise on convenient routings and arrange your airport transfers to match your flights.
Can this itinerary be customised or run privately?
Absolutely — this is a template, not a fixed package. Extend the Sentosa day, add a second spa treatment, upgrade the hotels, or swap in a specific fine-dining reservation. Tell us what you have in mind and we'll shape it around you.
How much walking is involved?
This is a genuinely relaxed itinerary. The Botanic Gardens and Gardens by the Bay involve easy, mostly flat walking with plenty of seating, and the Sentosa day has no fixed activity at all beyond getting there. Tell us your preferences and we'll plan the pace around them.
Do I need a visa for Singapore?
It depends on your nationality. Many travellers enter Singapore visa-free for short stays, but requirements change. Please verify based on your own passport before you travel — we're glad to point you to the right official source.
How do I book or get a quote?
Send us an enquiry with your rough dates and traveller numbers and we'll come back with a tailored quote and next steps. There's no obligation, and no payment needed to get a proposal.
